Ever feel like you have so many things rolling around in your head that you aren’t even sure where to begin? The overwhelm sets in & you shut down? I know I feel this way sometimes, honestly a lot of the time. I have recently been doing something that really helps get me it out of my head, onto paper & then organized, so that I can actually take on the tasks that need or I want to get done!
