Focus on our natural abilities to achieve more confidence

Own who you are- get better at who you are

Think about this question: What fills your cup? What fills the others cups?

Resource:

Gallup Clifton strengths assessment

The test breaks it down to 34 different strengths & the test helps to distinguish which order your strengths are in.

Why would you want to know your strengths?

  • Everyone is good at something

  • A lot of times we compare ourselves to others & their achievements

  • We lean toward pointing out our weaknesses or flaws

  • If you focus on your top strengths & the strengths of the people you are around the most it will help you know how to work together, be together, help each other.

  • Instead of judging or comparing to each other

  • Over all people want connection, community, culture

  • Each person’s strengths is like their fingerprint, no two people have the same set

  • Lean into your strengths to become the best version of yourself & leave the rest to someone else

Follow this cycle:

LEARN IT (your strengths) -- LOVE IT (set the foundation) -- LIVE IT (where the rubber hits the road)
